Protecting your confidential information....Change your passwords!!!

Top Suggestions:

1.       DO NOT let anyone on your professional computers .
2.       DO NOT use Professional computers for PERSONAL programs.  Like cooking, coupons, weight loss, shopping.  YOU DON’T KNOW what this can lead to.
3.       Get a REAL email address.  Hackers target the big free stuff.  Always have a SAFE password!  Upper and lower case with Numbers and/or symbols (OmAhA4623N).  Change your password from time to time, but have a GOOD password. It is reported a hacker can solve a 4 digit password in under 4 minutes.
4.        Tell your clients to NEVER wire money based on an email.  Always call to verify such instructions.
5.       NEVER email clients information.  EVER.  No SSN, no bank accounts, no wire instructions.

Most popular passwords:
For the first time, "password" has been knocked off the top of the annual most popular passwords list. Its replacement: something just as dumb: "123456."
Every year, a website called SplashData compiles a list of the top 25 passwords and a quick glance would indicate that either people are stupid or they don't have very good memories.
Oh, and how did SplashData know what these passwords are? Because they pull their list from the millions of stolen passwords made public throughout the year. One ironic entry: "trustno1."  They keep hoping with their publicity, people will become more creative.. therefore safer from hackers.. with their passwords..
