Is this home selling for the best price possible? Not to good of a price, they do not want their taxes to go up. They love knowing how their home compares, how much they can possible get for theirs, more then anything everyone wants to know their investment is
still OK. I love hearing about the neighborhood and they history...Forth of July parties..buss stops...etc.I love it when mom wants her daughter to live very close so she can pitch in with the kids. It is fun. Wish me well today.
