Everyone has herd of Car Facts,....Well How do we get the Property facts?

No one likes to be lied to or left in the dark. Material facts are extremely critical. Knowing what to ask and who to ask makes it all worth having your very own buyers agent. A buyer fell in love with a home...noticed a basement wall appeared to have something different under the fresh coat of paint. Suggestion was to have a structural engineer report and/or basement foundation repair company check  the basement out. The call was made and learned that a few months prior to the home being put on the market...that particular property had an estimate to be repaired in the amount of 25,000....Question asked was...Did you do the repairs? Answer was no the home owner decided to hold off....after having the basement re examined...it was discovered that, the basement had a layer of concrete smeared over the wall and painted. Also explained how fresh concrete can not bond to old concrete....so it may have future problems... Now tell me how much is your buyers agent worth...??
