Showing Service....How it helps the seller:)

All the sellers contact information is registered with the showing company...we can customize how to contact the seller when they have a showing...email or leave message and go show etc.:). Most sellers love having a 2 hour notice. However there are times an agent is in their car...stopped out in front of the home and calling me from their cell phone wanting to see the home that very minute:) The showing company will confirm all the pre registed information from the buyers agent...record the time and date of the showing...Pre registered information has the email contact info..agency they work for and personal contact information. According to the MLS rules and guidelines all agents agree to follow any and all showing instructions. I love this if anyone forgets to lock the doors....let the pets out...don't leave a card...we already have them on file.  So now when we have a price change....new carpet...or open house....guess what? I can send an invitation to the  buyers agent....to reconsider...HEHEHE Now if any suspicious activity has gone on this information is useful for the police and insurance company.
