Sellers Waiting Patiently....Property under contract " Yippy" Inspection is now up and coming....Having the home in tip top shape does make a difference:)  First impression to everyone involved, including the inspector, can and will make all the difference in the world..."Inspection day"  The buyers are coming over...Their parents....The Buyers agent ....The home inspector...It is like having a party at your House, and you do not get to host the party....What a lost feeling it is for the sellers. Now for the Appraiser who determines the value and condition to obtain the loan....Here we go...Round 2. Usually he only takes about 15 minutes tops and no one is with him. Much easier for the sellers, However one of the most important steps. It will all be over soon...Now we can pack:)
