What to expect the day of closing:)

Questions in the process are completely normal....Closing notices come out from the title company, everyone will get a copy of the notice....The lender and title company have to coordinate the timing in which to close,(with the funds coming in and the time slots open, with the title company closer)..The closer takes all documents involved and prepares all the closing settlement papers.......Some buyers and sellers take time off of work, during a lunch break or leave work 1 hr early from work. Closing usually takes about 1 Hour to sign everything.....The closer will briefly explain, with good detail, everything that is sign, (all which is required to obtain the loan and to sell the property.....Everyone brings their legal photo ID...and a cashiers Check of any funds needed to complete the process.....Keys are exchanged...and and all additional questions between buyer and seller are also exchanged...Buyers and Sellers do not always meet in person. At times the buyers and Sellers can not make schedules work. A limited Power of Attorney can be signed ahead of time, which will allow someone to sign in their behalf.....Keep asking questions....I love it:):) No one likes surprises, and by asking questions, helps things on your side of the transaction more clearer:)
