Landscaping....CURB APPEAL...How a Home will POP!!!

Admagine....We drive up to the Home...put the car in park...get our purse and folder, lock the car door and walk up the drive way...all the while our EYES are scoping out the house from the outside...Walking up the drive way...looking over the GRASS...Is it PLUSH.or..dead?...the FLOWER BEDS...are the FLOWERS FRESH or wilted?...FRESH MULCH or have the weeds taken over?...How long does that process take?....What is my impression?....We are now at the door...I get out the computerized key....work over the lock box...I have the key in the door now...Sometimes that takes a couple of minutes...ALL the time the buyer is getting their FIRST IMPRESSION of the home owners personalized care plan of the property....Now ask yourself How important is  Landscaping?...It is Curb APPEAL...and Curb Appeal does matter:)
