The Smell of new carpet...How it sells:)

Had a home inspection with my buyer today....well lets say the smell of animal and sneezing of allergies...doesn't always reflect an environment  that is always sellabel. Everyone has pets and we all love them very much. Everyone has their own level of allergy tolerance. The smell of new carpet glue really sets the stage for the rest of the home buying experience. Looks like a newer home...smells like a newer home. Physiologically you always want new. Everyone is happy.~~~~ In this case we knew this was going to be a problem. For 800.00, we had Mill Creek (Keven) stoped by and the buyer is getting new carpet for the living room, hall way and dinning room. For 1200.oo Total..we added 2 more bedrooms. After getting all appliances, washer and drier, & over 5,000 closing cost and prepaids....this is going to be a pretty sweet deal for my buyer.... I love love my Job.
