It has been harder and harder to compete with Repo properties and Huds....The condition of the property means everything to the bank..Open Houses and having the property available for quality showings makes a lot of diffrence:) I am seeing a lot more owner carry properties....lease with option to buy...where a portion of your payments will go toward principle....at the same time while renting/owner carry...I am able to help people prepare for getting their Bank  Loan....Win Win for everyone involved
